Pricing amazing, staff seem nice. Let down by how grotty the place is. Layers of cobwebs and dust on floors, dirty benches, mould in corners,faded paint, used bandaid and tissues on the ground in the change rooms. This place has plenty of potential but it needs some TLC as it sits currently. I feel like I'm getting some sort of bacterial infection walking though let alone swimming.
Have come here a few time to swim with the kids which is great. Swimming lessons is a bit pricey, the staff member at the reception couldnt tell us anything about the swimming lessons they offer or available spaces, instead directing us to the website which was no help. The facilities are good and clean, lifeguards are plenty. Other swimmers are friendly
Great staff, nice facility. The only downside here are the membership subscriptions. While it is super easy to book and schedule a membership online and pay online, cancelling can only be done by calling 'in person' and/or sending an email to a mail server. Make sure you select the plan that you need and read the fine print including the cancellation policy. Unfortunately this tarnishes this otherwise good facility and hence the low score.
The only letdown is the kids pool- its more like a duck pond. It would be good if you guys could attempt to keep them out / clean the duck s*** out of the pool throughout the day.
Really friendly and helpful staff. This will be my new local pool to go although bit of a further drive for me, but offers better lane availability, pools and change rooms are clean, cheaper value and easy-going staff members. During current covid circumstances they have managed an easy and safe set up for routine.
We LOVE this place. The staff are friendly and the swim instructors are amazing. The facilities need a serious injection of funds to upgrade but they are always clean and well maintained. We're here at least every weekend and have never had a bad experience. Lessons are very reasonably priced and their inclusion program for kids swimming is sensational.
We had my daughter's 10th birthday parry here. Staff were great and helpful. Only 1 minor issue was 1 child who had specific dietary requirements wasn't catered for, even when I told them at time of booking. Small criticism overall.
This place has been around for years and it shows. The 'rock pool' is supposed to be the warmest pool. It was only just warm and there was a hose running cold water into the pool. We moved into the small paddle pool. We were there 20mins total and left as my son was shivering. Lacks a good changing area for babies.
Will not be back!
